Chief Quality Officer (CQO) – Axxis Systems Purpose of the Role To serve as the guardian of the Axxis Standard: the level of excellence that defines everything Axxis does and delivers, from software and projects to contracts, meetings, and the way we bring on talent. Turn that standard into a scalable system (official templates, Quality Gates, sampling, and measurement of customer perception) and lead the cultural shift so that every person at Axxis embraces it. Scope of Responsibility Delivered software: quality criteria for each release and customer delivery, and compliance audits (does not replace the testing team). Project deliverables and documentation: standards for format and content of functional and technical documents, manuals, and reports. Contracts and proposals: official templates and approval criteria, in coordination with Legal and Sales. Client and internal meetings: format, preparation, agenda, minutes, and follow-up. Corporate image: brand consistency, presentations, and communications across all channels and regions. Hiring: profile standards, evaluation processes, and onboarding procedures to ensure that quality begins with the people we hire. Customer perception: design and management of periodic surveys (NPS/CSAT) and action plans based on the results. Operating Model (Scalable) Library of templates and official standards, mandatory for the entire group. Quality Gates at critical points in each process. Periodic sampling and auditing of deliverables, rather than reviewing every single item. Network of certified quality managers in each team and region. Dashboard of key performance indicators reported to the executive committee. Desired Profile More than 10 years of experience in enterprise software or implementation consulting. Experience in the insurance sector or with core platforms is highly valued. Proven track record of implementing cross-functional quality or operational excellence models in multi-country organizations. Holistic perspective: understands software, documentation, customer experience, and branding. Experience leading cultural change, with the ability to influence all areas without relying solely on the hierarchy. Knowledge of quality and excellence frameworks (ISO 9001, EFQM, CMMI, or similar). Professional-level Spanish and English are essential. How Success Will Be Measured (First Year) Improvement in customer NPS/CSAT scores. Reduction in post-delivery incidents and returned deliverables. Percentage of deliveries that pass the Quality Gate on the first attempt. Adoption of official templates and number of certified quality managers.
