- Demolish and restore stucco foundations
- Handle clients and answer their questions
- Do visual inspections and estimate project costs accurately
- Generate estimates and other related tasks
- Oversee multiple job sites and coordinate as needed
- Communicate effectively with various departments
- Maintain communication platforms and logs of calls
- Be polite, professional, and punctual
- Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License Required
- Experience is required
- Ability to see the entire production picture including weather prediction for scheduling coordination
- Proficient in communication and information management
- Able to multitask and coordinate with different teams
