About the role
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is responsible for driving product strategy and innovation within the organization. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with company vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define and prioritize product features.
- Lead product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market demand and strategic fit.
- Oversee product launches, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure product quality and usability through rigorous testing and feedback loops.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing high-profile products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
