About the role

The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is responsible for driving product strategy and innovation within the organization. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with company vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define and prioritize product features.
• Lead product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market demand and strategic fit.
• Oversee product launches, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure product quality and usability through rigorous testing and feedback loops.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing high-profile products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
