Chief Operations Officer - Legal Operations
About the role
WhitsonLaw is seeking an accomplished executive leader to serve as its Chief Operating Officer. This is an executive leadership opportunity for someone who understands that exceptional legal work depends upon exceptional operational infrastructure. Working in close partnership with the Managing Partner, the COO will lead the continued development of the Firm's people, systems, financial discipline, accountability, and organizational structure to create a business that is increasingly scalable, profitable, and less dependent upon any one individual.

Pay
$110,000 - $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
