Chief Operations Officer

About the role

The Chief Operations Officer is responsible for the operational execution and strategic development of the following key functions: Fulfillment (warehousing and goods distribution), Print Services (digital publishing, print production and post-production finishing) and Information Technology (systems administration, high-availability hosting, custom application development and project management). This position works with the President and other senior management to align operations with the organization’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize fulfillment operations, including warehousing and goods distribution.
• Lead print services, encompassing digital publishing, print production, and post-production finishing.
• Manage information technology functions, including systems administration, high-availability hosting, custom application development, and project management.
• Collaborate with the President and senior leadership to align operational strategies with organizational objectives.
