About the role

The Chief Operations Officer will oversee all aspects of facilities, construction, and maintenance operations for Beeville ISD. This includes managing budgets, overseeing projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe and functional campus environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management or related field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of facility management practices and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience in educational facilities management preferred

Pay

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 annually.
