About the role
This role serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and People to enhance business growth. The position also involves identifying and designing organizational structures to improve decision-making speed and efficiency, collaborating on corporate budgeting and resource optimization, and assisting the CEO in preparing for board meetings and managing investor relations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, designing the company's operating cadence
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and People to enhance business growth
- Build company-wide operating models, including goal setting and infrastructure for global expansion
- Identify and design organizational structures to improve decision-making speed and efficiency
- Collaborate on corporate budgeting and resource optimization with the CEO and Finance leadership
- Aid the CEO in preparing for board meetings and managing investor relations
- Mentor and inspire a world-class operational team while fostering a culture of accountability
Qualifications
- 12+ years of executive leadership experience in business operations or corporate strategy within high-growth technology companies
- Proven track record of scaling a B2B SaaS or technology company through critical growth inflection points
- Experience managing complex organizations spanning commercial, operational, and corporate functions
- Exceptional understanding of SaaS metrics, corporate governance, and capital allocation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence diverse global teams
- Agile execution mindset paired with long-term strategic patience
- Ability to thrive in evolving startup environments by bringing order to chaos

Pay
$200,000 – $250,000 annually
