for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: "Why Hershey" (culture), "Location: Hershey, PA", "About The Hershey Company", "How will you fit in the big picture?" (role description), "What will you do?" (list of duties), "Minimum Requirements" (education, experience). Also salary range and benefits mention. So we need sections: About the role? Could combine "How will you fit in the big picture?" as About the role. Responsibilities: "What will you do?" list. Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience). Benefits: mention of Total Rewards package includes performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits package. Pay: salary range. Schedule: location and expectation of 3 days per week in Hershey office. Also maybe "About Hershey" could be omitted as not required heading? Also maybe "About The Hershey Company" could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could include a brief intro paragraph before headings. The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. So we can start with a
containing the "Why Hershey" and location etc? But we need to preserve all substantive information. We'll need to include the "Why Hershey" culture paragraph, location, about Hershey company, etc. Could be placed in a

We must not invent or summarize away detail. Keep all specifics. Let's extract content: Why Hershey: paragraph about culture, purpose, Milton Hershey, philanthropy, partnership with Milton Hershey School, strategic grantmaking, product donations, cross brand collaboration, employee volunteerism, making a difference.
