Accountabilities

  • Drive organizational effectiveness by improving decision-making processes.

  • Track open decisions, action items, commitments, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups to ensure critical initiatives continue moving forward.
  • Translate complex discussions into clear outcomes, including decisions, owners, timelines, documentation, and next steps.
  • Cook up executive-level materials such as meeting summaries, briefing documents, presentations, decision memos, and leadership communications.

  • Develop scalable processes, systems, and workflows using automation, AI tools, and productivity platforms.
  • Support strategic initiatives and organizational improvements across product and business operations.
  • Act as a thought partner by identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and helping teams navigate ambiguity.

Requirements

  • Executive-level operational experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive-ready documents and presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, confidential information, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives with excellent judgment.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Safety, Quality, Commercial, Deployment, or similar teams.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and operate effectively in technology-driven environments.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of creating structure without unnecessary processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions independently.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with changing priorities and high accountability.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, STEM, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, workflow optimization, or advanced productivity systems is a plus.
  • Startup experience or background in complex, regulated industries such as energy, aerospace, or advanced technology is preferred.
