Chief of Staff, Seramount

EAB · Richmond, VA · 3 wk ago
Hybrid$72k–$102k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "The Role In Brief" and then description. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: About EAB (company description) maybe not needed? The instruction: "About EAB" is part of posting but not a required heading; we could include as a paragraph maybe under "About the role"? But they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have an "About the role" section summarizing the role description. Then "Responsibilities" for primary responsibilities. Then "Qualifications" maybe combine Basic and Ideal qualifications? Could separate into Requirements and Qualifications? They said we can use Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide based on content. We have Basic Qualifications and Ideal Qualifications. Could put them under "Qualifications". Could also have "Skills" maybe not needed. We have Compensation (Pay) section: salary range. So include Pay. We have Benefits section: list of benefits. Schedule? Not mentioned besides remote, location, travel up to 10%, flexibility outside standard hours. Not a specific schedule. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It mentions flexibility outside standard business hours when urgent needs arise, but not a defined schedule. Probably skip Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, visa sponsorship, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should exclude the Equal Opportunity Employer paragraph, visa sponsorship note, etc. Also exclude "See how we've been recognized..." etc. Also exclude "For more information, visit our Careers page." Also exclude "At EAB, we serve not only our partner institutions..." etc? That's part of About EAB; maybe we can keep a brief about EAB? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could include an "About the role" section that includes the role brief description. The company description may be considered boilerplate? It's about EAB mission; maybe we can keep a short paragraph under "About the role" or separate "About EAB"? Not listed as allowed heading but we could just put it in a

without heading. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for those sections. Probably we should stick to those headings only. So we can put company description in a

before sections, or within About the role? The About the role heading could contain role description; company description could be separate paragraph without heading. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading "Chief of Staff to the President, Seramount". Good. We need to preserve all substantive information: include details about responsibilities, qualifications, compensation, benefits, location, travel, remote eligibility, etc. Let's extract: Role brief: Chief of Staff to the President of Seramount is a strategic partner, organizational integrator, and execution leader.
