Chief of Staff, Online Grocery

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $199,000 – $210,000 annually

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the business operational rhythm for the organization
• Manage the GM's operating cadence, prioritizing workstreams effectively
• Clarify and streamline organizational decision-making processes
• Capture and communicate leadership decisions and commitments efficiently
• Shape and facilitate leadership team offsite objectives and agendas
• Act as a trusted partner to the GM and R&D leaders, fostering collaboration
• Prepare strategic briefing materials for the GM's meetings with key stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in R&D or related fields
• Background in consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or finance
• High emotional intelligence with a people-oriented approach
• Outstanding communication skills suitable for executive engagement
• Strong analytical and program management abilities
• Proficiency in navigating product, design, and engineering teams at scale
