About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with CMO's and CCO's EABPs to align calendar decisions with strategic goals
  • Prepare CMO and CCO for high-stakes engagements, developing necessary materials and post-lookbacks
  • Act as the CMO's proxy in select meetings, using judgment to manage engagements
  • Influence Communications team on executive messaging and organizational narrative
  • Design and lead company-wide leadership moments in collaboration with key partners
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance executive communications and thought leadership
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring C-suite sponsorship from start to finish
  • Build accountability frameworks and strategic reporting for executives' priorities

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, program management, or a Chief of Staff role with C-suite impact
  • Proven leadership of high-stakes, cross-functional programs with a high degree of autonomy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive voice proficiency
  • Experience designing decision-making structures in complex organizations
  • Track record of building trust and influencing senior executives at the C-suite level
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for enhancing executive communications
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, capable of translating complex inputs into actionable plans

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $178,561 – $367,626 annually
