About the role

The Chief of Staff and Investor Relations Lead serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and CFO, driving critical operational and strategic priorities. This role involves managing the CEO's information flow, facilitating SLT meetings, preparing Board materials, and overseeing investor relations and corporate communications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted counsel to the CEO and CFO; manage the flow of information to and from the CEO.
  • Drive all SLT meetings, prepare and coordinate Board materials, and support Board interactions.
  • Support key initiatives, identify pain points, and recommend changes and improvements.
  • Oversee strategic internal projects across all SLT functions, ensuring prioritization and follow-through.
  • Manage external relationships with the financial community, including institutional and retail investors, and analysts.
  • Organize and attend investor interactions, develop key communication materials, and represent Precision at conferences and meetings.
  • Provide senior management with insights on investor sentiment and shareholder information.
  • Lead corporate communications internally and externally, including press releases and social media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including experience in investor relations, corporate strategy, or corporate communications.
  • Strong background in strategy execution and project management, with a proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams and influencing major initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence, sound judgment, discretion, and diplomacy; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience in SEC and disclosure requirements, and travel requirements (up to 50% travel).
