Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning and advancing key business initiatives
- Oversee performance reporting and management of KPIs to track progress toward goals
- Lead cross-functional efforts and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness
- Develop and manage a team of Impact Managers focused on crucial business priorities
- Facilitate collaboration and clarity among legacy teams throughout the transformation process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years in strategy, business operations, sales operations, or related leadership roles
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in complex environments
- Demonstrated success in partnering with senior executives to drive business outcomes
- Experience in leading and developing teams to foster high performance
- Ability to influence and build trust across the organization without formal authority
- Strong analytical and communication skills with executive presentation capabilities
