Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning and advancing key business initiatives
  • Oversee performance reporting and management of KPIs to track progress toward goals
  • Lead cross-functional efforts and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness
  • Develop and manage a team of Impact Managers focused on crucial business priorities
  • Facilitate collaboration and clarity among legacy teams throughout the transformation process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in strategy, business operations, sales operations, or related leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in complex environments
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with senior executives to drive business outcomes
  • Experience in leading and developing teams to foster high performance
  • Ability to influence and build trust across the organization without formal authority
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with executive presentation capabilities
