Chief of Staff, CCO

For our client, we are seeking a Chief of Staff, CCO to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to the commercial leadership team, helping drive planning, reporting, and decision-making across the customer lifecycle. You will translate data into executive-ready insights, support board and leadership communications, and help align renewal, retention, and revenue metrics with broader business objectives. This position also partners closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Product Strategy to strengthen customer health visibility and improve Net Retention Rate performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $155,628 – $207,504 annually Responsibilities Partner with Finance to ensure customer revenue metrics align with best practices Prepare executive materials for leadership and board meetings, focusing on business outcomes Own renewal rate reporting and variance analysis, explaining underlying drivers Build annual renewal and retention plans in collaboration with Finance Deliver customer health scoring models and conduct churn risk analysis Set reporting requirements across various tools, ensuring alignment with Finance metrics Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Product Strategy teams to enhance Net Retention Rate Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related fields, preferably in B2B SaaS Strong grasp of SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics Proficient in reporting and analytics tools like Salesforce, Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau Ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights to executives Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a knack for influencing teams Experience in private equity-backed environments is a plus Benefits Generous PTO & Holiday Schedule Parental Leave Progressive Healthcare Options Retirement Programs Opportunity for Education Reimbursement Commuter Offset (Specific locations) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
