About the Role

Salem Hospital, an academic community hospital member of the Mass General Brigham healthcare system, is seeking a Chief of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. The Chief will serve as the key clinical, strategic, and operational leader for the ongoing operations and development of these services at Salem Hospital.

  • Lead and grow the Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine division at Salem Hospital, a 371-bed community hospital with a 20-bed ICU and on-site outpatient sleep center.
  • Serve a diverse and complex patient population while partnering with other leaders within Mass General Brigham.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $380,000 to $430,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, education, internal equity, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer bonuses, career advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule

  • Full-time position (40 scheduled weekly hours).
  • Work shift: Day.
