Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities
Champion Patient-Centered Care: Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centric services while promoting initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and service excellence
Lead and Inspire Teams: Energize staff around new initiatives, foster creativity and collaboration, and manage conflicts across clinical and non-clinical teams
Community Engagement: Support the practice's charitable mission by partnering with schools, social services, and health-based agencies to improve community health
Clinical and Operational Leadership: Supervise physicians and APCs, oversee orientation and mentoring, contribute to hiring decisions, and collaborate on departmental budgeting and practice finances
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
- Experience in a leadership or administrative role
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of clinical leadership experience
- Understanding of basic quality assessment and improvement methods

Pay
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $240,500 - $394,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
