Chief Nursing Officer (RN) - FT Days | San Antonio LTACH

About the role

Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios, maintains a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care, and develops and implements policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies, procedure, and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Active RN License in the state
• Master’s Degree, or active progression toward a Master’s Degree
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience (regardless of degree: AD, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters)
• Three years of experience in nursing management preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS required
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN)
