• Direct all nursing service activities for the hospital assigned
• Make recommendations for staff/patient ratios
• Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care
• Serve as a liaison between staff and administration
• Promote productivity of staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards

Requirements

• Must possess RN licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital resides
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience is required and three (3) years of experience in nursing management is preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS required
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN)
