Direct all nursing service activities
- Make recommendations for staff/patient ratios
- Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care
- Serve as a liaison between staff and administration
- Promote productivity of staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards
Qualifications
- RN licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital resides
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience is required and three (3) years of experience in nursing management is preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS required
- Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN)
