Responsibilities

• Direct all nursing service activities for the assigned facility, including recommendations for staff‑patient ratios.
• Maintain a system to ensure adequate staffing for the provision of appropriate nursing care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with PAM Health system policies, accreditation standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Master’s degree required, or active progression toward a Master’s degree.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience (any degree: AD, diploma, bachelor’s, master’s).
• At least three years of nursing management experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Preferred certifications in a specialized field (e.g., CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).
