Schedule
Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios
Requirements
- Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedure and accreditation standards
- Active RN License in the state
- A minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required and three years of experience in nursing management preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS required
- Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).
