Summary
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required from an accredited university.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent in a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of nursing director level experience.
- Executive leadership experience in a health care system preferred.
- Strong leadership ability and high energy level.
- An ability to integrate and interpret data from diverse sources addressing issues of moderate to high complexity.
- Knowledgeable regarding state and regulatory accrediting agencies.
Skills
- Ability to develop strong relationship with customers and suppliers.
- Demonstrated excellent communication/facilitation skills.
- Knowledgeable of service excellence through the completion of the appropriate programs.
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
- Current state RN Licensure.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
