We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "About The Job" then description. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. The posting includes responsibilities list, experience & qualifications (which includes qualifications, experience, skills). No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. We need to use

We need to split into sections: About the role (prose), Responsibilities (list), Requirements? The posting lumps Experience & Qualifications which includes education, experience, skills. We could separate into Requirements (education + experience) and Qualifications (skills) or Skills. But we must not create thin sections. However we have content for each: education, experience, skills. We could make a single "Requirements" section that includes education and experience as list, and maybe a "Skills" section for skills list. But we need to avoid thin sections; but we have enough content for both. Alternatively, we could put all under "Requirements" as a combined list. But the instruction says use sections only when posting has real specific content for it. It doesn't forbid combining multiple types into one section. It says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, skills). That would be three sections. We need to use

    for each heading. Use
    • for any list. For prose use

      . Thus:

We should not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. Check for duplicate lines: The responsibilities list had some run-on sentences separated by commas; we split appropriately. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The about the job paragraph is there. Responsibilities list includes all items. Experience & Qualifications list includes all items. We need to ensure we didn't miss any: The original responsibilities had "Manage and oversee all employees within the Mine Geology group,Manage and oversee all mine geology and geotechnical engineering activities,Ensure ongoing effective management of staff by setting clear performance goals, providing regular feedback and development through training. Respond and provide advice to questions regarding grade control, geological modeling, and geotechnical monitoring,Supervise in-pit geological analysis and modeling,Control costs with respect to mine geology and geotechnical monitoring and maximize efficiencies by implementing approved recommendations,Recommend alternative procedures, methods, and policies to improve performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational requirements,Oversee the development of policies and procedures with respect to geological modeling, grade control, and geotechnical monitoring,Oversee the preparation of technical reports and documentation to ensure compliance with industry and operational requirements,Manage databases and review data for production and reconciliation purposes,Provide assistance in the training and skill development with regards to technical issues in mine geology and geotechnical engineering,Ensure direct reports have appropriate support in their development, training, and coaching" We split each item by commas but some items have internal commas (like "Ensure ongoing effective management of staff by setting clear performance goals, providing regular feedback and development through training"). That internal comma could cause splitting incorrectly. Better to keep that as one item despite internal comma. We need to parse correctly. Let's manually list responsibilities as separate items based on the logical separation by periods? The text uses commas to separate items but also uses commas within items. However we can approximate by splitting at each comma that is followed by a capital letter? That's complex. Simpler: we can keep the responsibilities as a single paragraph? But instruction says use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to make a list. We need to ensure we don't break meaning. We could keep each responsibility as a sentence separated by periods. Let's see if there are periods: The text: "Manage and oversee all employees within the Mine Geology group,Manage and oversee all mine geology and geotechnical engineering activities,Ensure ongoing effective management of staff by setting clear performance goals, providing regular feedback and development through training. Respond and provide advice to questions regarding grade control, geological modeling, and geotechnical monitoring,Supervise in-pit geological analysis and modeling,Control costs with respect to mine geology and geotechnical monitoring and maximize efficiencies by implementing approved recommendations,Recommend alternative procedures, methods, and policies to improve performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational requirements,Oversee the development of policies and procedures with respect to geological modeling, grade control, and geotechnical monitoring,Oversee the preparation of technical reports and documentation to ensure compliance with industry and operational requirements,Manage databases and review data for production and reconciliation purposes,Provide assistance in the training and skill development with regards to technical issues in mine geology and geotechnical engineering,Ensure direct reports have appropriate support in their development, training, and coaching" We see a period after "...through training." then "Respond..." So there is a period separating two groups. Also after that there are no other periods. So we could split at that period to get two sentences, then further split each sentence by commas that separate items but being careful about internal commas. First sentence: "Manage and oversee all employees within the Mine Geology group,Manage and oversee all mine geology and geotechnical engineering activities,Ensure ongoing effective management of staff by setting clear performance goals, providing regular feedback and development through training" This seems to have three items separated by commas, but the third item has an internal comma: "Ensure ongoing effective management of staff by setting clear performance goals, providing regular feedback and development through training". Actually that's two clauses: setting clear performance goals, providing regular feedback and development through training. Could be considered one item with a comma inside. But we could keep as one item. Second sentence: "Respond and provide advice to questions regarding grade control, geological modeling, and geotechnical monitoring,Supervise in-pit geological analysis and modeling,Control costs with respect to mine geology and geotechnical monitoring and maximize efficiencies by implementing approved recommendations,Recommend alternative procedures, methods, and policies to improve performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational requirements,Oversee the development of policies and procedures with respect to geological modeling, grade control, and geotechnical monitoring,Oversee the preparation of technical reports and documentation to ensure compliance with industry and operational requirements,Manage databases and review data for production and reconciliation purposes,Provide assistance in the training and skill development with regards to technical issues in mine geology and geotechnical engineering,Ensure direct reports have appropriate support in their development, training, and coaching" Now this second sentence has many items separated by commas, some with internal commas (like "grade control, geological modeling, and geotechnical monitoring" includes commas). This is tricky. Given the instruction to preserve all substantive information, we could simply output the responsibilities as a paragraph (

) rather than list, but instruction says use <
