About the role

Responsibilities
- Supervise the Mine Geology department
- Oversee surface and underground exploration
- Core logging contractors
- Resource/reserve modeling
- Production geology
- Ensure safety, quality, and quantity goals are met through close interaction with the operations and technical services team members
Requirements
Applicants must possess current authorization to work in the United States.
Qualifications
Passionate and experienced geologist with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in underground mining environments. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful project management are essential. Proficiency in GIS software and a Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field are required. A Master's degree is preferred.
