- Detail safety measures such as fall protection, electrical safety, first aid, and safety meetings.
- Indicate whether fall arrest equipment is required and if you retain an outside safety consultant.
- Report on safety meetings and toolbox talks conducted.
- Confirm the presence of full-time competent tower climbers and rescue personnel.
