Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Provide visionary leadership for IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and technology innovation.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, client experience, and business performance.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and reliable technology systems.
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity policies, risk management strategies, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities that drive growth and competitive advantage.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, software licensing, and IT investments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements.
• Lead and mentor IT managers and technical teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support organizational objectives.
• Develop and monitor IT governance, policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Oversee enterprise technology projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including experience leading enterprise technology strategy.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and business systems.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives and organizational change.
• Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships across departments and effectively communicate technical concepts to executive leadership.
• Experience managing IT budgets, vendor negotiations, and technology roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, AWS, Azure, or similar.
• Experience within the financial services industry or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience leading cloud migrations, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
