Chief Information Officer
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Chief Information Officer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This executive will lead enterprise technology strategy and ensure the organization's technology capabilities support growth, efficiency, and operational resilience across a complex multi-entity environment. The role will oversee core technology functions including infrastructure, applications, and IT service delivery while advising senior leadership on technology investments and emerging capabilities. It will also establish governance, budget discipline, and vendor management practices that strengthen execution and align technology priorities with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Serve as a senior advisor on technology investments and emerging technologies
- Oversee technology infrastructure, applications, and IT service delivery
- Establish technology governance frameworks across multiple companies
- Manage technology budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with significant executive-level experience
- Prior experience as a CIO, CTO, or senior technology executive in complex organizations
- Experience developing enterprise technology strategies and managing technology operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large technology budgets and vendor relationships
- Familiarity with decentralized or multi-company environments is preferred

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually
