About the role

The Chief Human Resources Officer will lead all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes and manage the hiring team.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR management.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Qualifications
