About the role
The Chief Human Resources Officer will lead all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes and manage the hiring team.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR management.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
