About the role

The Miller Family Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute (HVTI) at Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly accomplished physician leader to serve as the Enterprise Chief. HVTI is a globally recognized institute with a mission to innovate, preserve high-quality patient care, and advance research and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Institute across the global sites.
• Oversight of general operations, quality and safety.
• Drive the strategic mission of the Cleveland Clinic Health System.
• Implement and lead initiatives in clinical care, education, and research.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Institute’s impact.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong track record in clinical care, education, and research. They should also have extensive experience in leadership, administration, and program development.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Vascular Surgery, or Cardiovascular Medicine.
• Significant experience in leading large-scale healthcare organizations.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships.
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and teams.

Pay

Schedule

The schedule for this role is typically full-time (40 hours per week).
