Role Mandate Build and lead a disciplined growth strategy aligned with TerraHash Energy’s energy, infrastructure and digital platform priorities.Translate market opportunities into strategic partnerships, commercial pathways and scalable growth initiatives.Create a repeatable framework for identifying, evaluating and advancing high-value growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic growth planning across partnerships, customers, market entry and platform expansion.Develop relationships with utilities, infrastructure operators, technology partners, capital providers and major commercial counterparties.Identify and advance partnership structures, joint ventures, strategic alliances and business development opportunities.Work with development, operations and finance leadership to align commercial growth with project execution capacity.Build market intelligence, pipeline reporting and growth KPIs that support disciplined decision-making.Represent TerraHash Energy in selected industry, partner and strategic development settings. Preferred Profile 10+ years of experience in growth, strategy, business development, partnerships, infrastructure, energy or technology markets.Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships and converting complex market opportunities into executable business initiatives.Strong commercial judgment with an ability to connect market strategy, capital, infrastructure and long-term value creation.Established relationships across energy, infrastructure, technology or institutional capital are highly valued.Builder mindset with strong executive communication, ownership and comfort operating in an early-stage environment.
