Chief Financial Officer - Climate Innovation Finance Authority

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the executive team, supporting the Executive Director through enterprise decision-making and providing financial leadership to inform fiscal, human resource, and risk management decisions.
• Oversee internal controls, financial systems, budgeting, cash flow, audits, and tax filings.
• Partner with the Legislature, philanthropic organizations, and public and private funders to expand MnCIFA's capitalization.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework.
• Supervise finance staff, ensuring effective performance and equitable administration of labor agreements and personnel practices.
