Chief Financial Officer (CFO) We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG business. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence, playing a key role in shaping financial strategy, driving business performance and supporting executive decision-making. Roles And Responsibilities Lead the company’s financial strategy and provide strategic guidance to the CEO and Board.Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits and compliance.Drive cash flow management, working capital optimisation and financial performance.Take an active, hands-on role in day-to-day finance operations.Strengthen internal controls, systems and financial processes.Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team. Ideal Candidate Fully qualified and warranted Accountant (CPA/ACCA).Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader.Strong background in both strategic and operational finance.Commercially astute, analytical and results oriented.Hands-on leadership style with excellent attention to detail.Experience within a listed company would be considered an asset.
