About the role
The role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to ensure that the company’s financial goals are met and that the organization is financially sound.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Proven track record of successful financial management and leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
