Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic, operational, and financial transformation across a growth-oriented business
- Oversee accounting, audit, treasury, banking relationships, and insurance/risk management
- Implement process improvements
- Lead and develop the team (10 - 12 in accounting/finance)
- Partner directly with CEO and board to guide business decisions
- Play a key role in ERP implementation, cross-functional engagement, and continuous process optimization
Requirements
- Experience as a CFO or VP Finance in a growing business, ideally with $50M+ revenue
- Hands-on executive with demonstrated impact
