Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Responsibilities

• Drive long-range financial planning
• Manage capital budgeting
• Oversee direct month- and year-end closing processes
• Auditing and analyzing programmatic financial health
• Directly oversee the finance and billing departments
• Develop and implement financial strategy
• Manage vendor relationships

Requirements

• 12 years in senior financial management, with a preference for non-profit or public sector accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA or MBA is highly preferred
• Deep expertise in GAAP standards, fund accounting, and federal/state non-profit tax laws
• Strong forecasting, strategic partnership, and cross-functional communication abilities
• Demonstrated success in financial management within healthcare organizations
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills to effectively supervise the finance department and contribute to the executive leadership team
• Meticulous attention to detail is essential

Compensation

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Salary Range $185,000 - $225,000 USD
