About the role
The Chief Experience Officer will lead the design and implementation of exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer experience initiatives.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of customer journey maps and feedback loops.
- Monitor customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or experience management roles.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital transformation and technology adoption.
- Knowledge of customer experience frameworks such as NPS, CSAT, and CES.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
