Chief Experience Officer
About the role
Join Agape Care Group as Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to lead the organization's enterprise-wide experience strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the future of hospice and palliative care by ensuring every interaction reflects our mission, values, and commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. This role offers the opportunity to influence patient, family, employee, and community experiences while advancing strategic growth and organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an organization-wide Experience Strategy aligned with the company's mission, values, and strategic priorities.
- Establish and advance enterprise-wide standards for service excellence and customer experience.
- Champion a culture of compassion, dignity, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the patient and family experience remains central to organizational strategy and decision-making.
- Lead initiatives that improve experiences for patients, families, caregivers, referral partners, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
- Use customer feedback, experience data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with operational and clinical leaders to create consistent, high-quality experiences across the continuum of care.
- Develop strategies that strengthen trust, loyalty, engagement, and connection with the communities we serve.
- Provide executive leadership for healthcare quality and service excellence initiatives.
- Oversee clinical education strategies that strengthen workforce capability, compliance, and professional development.
- Ensure the organization's mission and values are integrated throughout the employee and patient experience.
- Lead programs that promote quality of life, dignity, compassionate care, and meaningful experiences.
- Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and partner closely with the CEO and senior leaders.
- Translate organizational strategy into measurable outcomes and communicate executive-level insights and performance metrics.
- Represent the organization with community leaders, donors, healthcare partners, referral sources, and regulatory agencies.
- Build strong relationships across clinical, operational, administrative, and community stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
- Executive leadership experience in hospice, home health, palliative care, post-acute healthcare, or a related environment (strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, quality improvement, customer experience, culture, and service excellence initiatives.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead complex change and organizational integration initiatives.
- Reliable transportation; must be willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications
