About the role

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide operational leadership and strategic direction for New Hope Village, overseeing all organizational operations while advancing the mission, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring exceptional services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The CEO will provide organizational stability, foster a mission-driven culture, reinforce best practices, and guide the organization through meaningful operational change.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership and strategic direction for New Hope Village.
  • Oversee all organizational operations to advance the mission and drive sustainable growth.
  • Ensure exceptional services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Foster a mission-driven culture and reinforce best practices.
  • Guide the organization through meaningful operational change.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and community through integrity, humility, collaboration, and transparent communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level leadership.
  • Experience within an organization serving those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading organizational transformation.

Pay

Base salary range: $175,000 to $200,000 annually. Finalist compensation will be determined based on scope of role, experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and Fair Market Value evaluation. Additional benefits may include health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses.
