Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About the role

Following retirement of our CEO, we are looking for the next person to continue to lead St Anthony’s, navigating change and championing wellbeing for the people we support. As CEO, you will provide overall strategic, financial and operational leadership. You will work closely with a supportive Board of Trustees and provide direction while ensuring the organisation remains financially sustainable and well governed. The CEO also provides line management and infrastructure support for The Bostey, our sister youth service charity.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic, financial and operational leadership
• Work closely with the Board of Trustees to set direction and ensure financial sustainability and good governance
• Provide line management and infrastructure support for The Bostey youth service charity

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in senior leadership within regulated health, social care, public, non‑profit sector or a similar industry
• Ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams
• Experience leading organisational change
• Successful contract management and tendering
• Potential and willingness to develop in the role

Pay

£72,000 per annum (fixed salary)

Schedule

Full time – 37 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, office based in Walker, Newcastle upon Tyne
