About the role

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be part of Rainier Springs, a 72-bed behavioral hospital in Vancouver, WA, which is part of Lifepoint Health. Your primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory agencies, provide timely and accurate financial information, enhance hospital visibility, supervise the Leadership Team, meet or exceed facility budget expectations, collaborate with medical staff, assure adequate supervision and evaluation processes for all staff members, and express ideas effectively in various situations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensures timely, relevant, and accurate financial information is provided to the corporate office.
  • Engages with the community regarding mental health and substance abuse needs.
  • Serves as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees.
  • Maintains and exceeds facility budget expectations.
  • Maintains high levels of service and quality medical care.
  • Supervises the Leadership Team and delegates responsibilities as appropriate.
  • Ensures positive guest relations, maintains an attractive and well-maintained physical plant, and maintains a professional and courteous hospital staff.
  • Models competence, enthusiasm, and commitment to quality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5 years of successful healthcare management experience, preferably as a Behavioral Health facility CEO/COO.
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • PREFERRED: Degree in Business, Healthcare Operations/Management, or a clinical discipline.
  • Med-Surg hospital and system experience, including for-profit and non-profit environments, is a plus.
  • Passion for superior clinical outcomes/programs, patient and staff safety, satisfaction, and partner relationships.

  • Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Operations/Management, or a clinical discipline.
  • Behavioral hospital experience required.

Pay

$220,000 - $255,000 per year.
