Responsibilities

• Drive growth, profitability, and market share
• Recruit and attract top real estate talent
• Consult agents to higher levels of production
• Develop future leaders and leadership talent
• Lead the Agent Leadership Council (ALC)
• Build and protect a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
• Execute proven Keller Williams models and systems
• Create opportunities for agents, staff, and leaders to build wealth and careers

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience
• A track record of recruiting, coaching, and developing people
• Strong sales and business acumen
• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
• A growth mindset and high level of personal accountability
• The ability to inspire, influence, and drive results
• A real estate license (or ability to obtain one quickly)
