UIC Arctic Operations & Development is currently seeking a Project Manager.
About the role
Responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery within the Arctic operations and development sector. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of Arctic environmental regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Arctic environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Arctic operations and development sector.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong knowledge of Arctic environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
