Chief Engineer
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the hotel.
- Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
- Maintain the building exterior and "curb appeal" (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, painting, and gardening).
- Maintains franchise standards and follow-up on inspection deficiencies.
- Implements and maintains Crescent’s preventative maintenance program.
Supporting Functions
- Aid in the development of the Annual Capital Plan.
- Coordinate compliance of service contracts.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least one year of experience in any customer service field.
