About the role

The Chief CRNA will lead anesthesia services at Astera Health – Wadena Clinic, combining clinical practice with leadership responsibilities. Key duties include scheduling coordination, team communication, and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily anesthesia operations
• Support surgeons, hospital leadership, and CCI Anesthesia’s clinical and operational teams
• Support scheduling coordination
• Support team communication
• Support quality initiatives
• Guide anesthesia practice leadership

Requirements

• Active Minnesota CRNA license
• Minimum 10 years of anesthesia experience
• Experience leading anesthesia services
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in a rural or underserved area
• Experience with anesthesia technology and equipment
