About the role
We are seeking a Chief Communications & Reputation Officer to own the company's voice and reputation across every audience and channel. You will lead corporate communications, executive messaging, and reputation strategy—protecting and elevating how the company is perceived worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise communications and reputation strategy.
- Lead executive and CEO communications, including narrative and positioning.
- Protect and build corporate reputation across media, employees, and stakeholders.
- Own internal communications strategy and employee engagement messaging.
- Lead media relations, public relations, and external messaging.
- Partner with the CEO and board on communications strategy and high-stakes messaging.
Requirements
- 15+ years in corporate communications, public relations, or reputation leadership.
- Proven track record building and protecting reputation at enterprise scale.
- Deep experience across media relations, messaging, and narrative strategy.
- Experience building and leading global communications organizations.
- Sound judgment and composure under high-stakes pressure.
- Board- and investor-ready communication.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

- Experience managing communications across multiple regions and languages.
- Experience leading communications through major reputational events.
- Experience leading digital and social-media communications strategy.
- Communications leadership in the client's markets.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $425,000 to $575,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
