About the role
We are seeking a Chief Commercial Retail Officer to own the commercial and retail P&L and lead the strategy that drives growth across sales, merchandising, and the customer-facing organization. You will unify commercial functions and deliver profitable, scalable growth across channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial and retail strategy and full P&L across channels.
- Lead sales, merchandising, pricing, and category management.
- Drive revenue, margin, and market-share growth across the portfolio.
- Own the customer-facing retail experience and channel performance.
- Build and lead the commercial and retail organization.
- Partner with the CEO and board on commercial strategy and results.
Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years in commercial / retail leadership, with senior P&L ownership.
- P&L Command: Proven track record driving profitable commercial growth at scale.
- Retail Expertise: Deep experience across sales, merchandising, and channel strategy.
- Leadership: Experience building and leading large commercial organizations.
- Strategic: Ability to set commercial direction and make portfolio trade-offs.
- Executive Presence: Board- and investor-ready communication.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's required; MBA strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $385,000 to $460,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
