Chief Architect

About the role

The Swift Group is seeking a highly experienced Chief Architect to join our growing team in Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate will lead the technical aspects of a program focused on application engineering and development, O&M, UI design, security assessment and authorization, cloud environment management, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of the project, ensuring that all technical solutions meet the Customer’s requirements.
• Guide the technical direction, ensure the integration of architectural best practices, and oversee the development of technical documentation.
• Architect and lead the implementation of collection solutions that enhance security, agility, and effectiveness of collection capabilities.
• Collaborate with Customer staff, contractors, and external vendors in support of technical delivery.

Requirements

• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of architecture experience designing, developing, and documenting collection capabilities and services in the cloud
• 5+ years of experience driving innovation and optimization in the design, development, and deployment of collection capabilities
• Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and cloud computing
• Proficiency with Microsoft cloud-based tools including Office 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and Teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively engage all levels of Customer and contractor personnel

Qualifications

• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

• $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
