Chief Architect

About the role

This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior-most technical authority for architecture and platform evolution
• Lead technical decisions involving AI systems, data architecture, and security
• Write prototypes and technical specifications to guide teams
• Make high-consequence decisions balancing simplicity and scalability
• Challenge unnecessary complexity and advocate for clear architectures
• Define long-term architecture for the company’s Workforce Management platform

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience building and scaling large-scale software systems
• Prior experience as a Chief Architect or equivalent senior technical leadership role
• Deep hands-on experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
• Proven ability to engage in technical discussions with senior engineers
• Experience making architecture decisions for highly reliable systems
