Envision is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist with strong leadership skills to join our team at HCA Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, Florida as the Anesthesia Medical Director. This is a full-time opportunity to lead a well-established group of 9 physicians and 29 APPs.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and attend recruiting events
• Serve as a liaison with hospital leaders
• Act as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Conduct performance reviews
• Oversee orientation and onboarding of new hires

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Anesthesiologist
• Previous leadership experience preferred
